Have you seen people walking around with ashes on Ash Wednesday, ordering more fish on Fridays, and going to Church more frequently? What’s going on? It’s Lent and Catholics are embracing spiritual practices that have been part of our faith tradition for many years. If you have questions about Catholicism, we would be happy to visit with you and talk about our faith Tradition! Join us on Sundays, March 3, 10, and 24 in the Cenacle at 11 a.m.
Every Friday evening during Lent, the Knights of Columbus Council 8156 and the Ladies Auxiliary will serve a Lenten Meal from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in Johnson Hall. All meals will be family-friendly. Please come and enjoy the company of your fellow parishioners with a meal before the Stations of the Cross at 7:00 p.m. Mass will follow the Stations of the Cross.
This Way of the Cross has been compiled especially for those who are suffering the recent loss of a loved one. Participating in the story of Jesus' agony and death gives us ways to relate our story to his own in the context of our faith.
Have you been thinking about the Catholic Church? Curious about what Catholics believe, how we pray, how we relate to the world? Come explore with us on Mondays at 7:30 PM. Everyone is welcomed.
Experience the Stations of the Cross through the eyes of Mother Mary. Join the procession of followers seeing the Way of the cross through the eyes of Jesus’ mother. Children, babies and strollers are welcome.
The Apostles of Mary Rosary Group will celebrate with a Rosary in the Day Chapel at 11:20 a.m., noon Mass, followed by a potluck lunch in Siena Hall. Bring a main dish to share!
