Do you love the Word of God? Do you enjoy sharing your faith with children? We would like to expand our team of prayer leaders this fall and also find some people who would like to help with music. All of us grieve in our own way, but often coming together to share our grief and accept the support of others, can facilitate our healing. If you have lost a loved one, you are invited to join a six-week grieving support group starting on Wed., August 2. We will meet from 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Wednesdays. Sessions will include a time to learn about grief, time to share your sorrow, and time to recognize and pray for healing. The group will be led by Lori Kruczek. On June 21, 2023, Bishop Joe Vasquez of Austin presented the 2023 Lumen Gentium Awards to persons nominated by the pastors and staff of the Diocese of Austin parishes. The ceremony was held at the Mayborn Center in Temple. This year, Father Pat nominated Steve Dillon for the award. Congratulations to Steve for his years of service to the parish.
