Come with us "Into the Fields!"
Are you dreaming of a peaceful summer, spending time with your children, relaxing and reviving?
Then join us for our 10 week program, "Into the Fields," while your kids have fun at "Catholic Kids!" Mini-camp.
Registration for "Into the Fields" and "Catholic Kids!" Mini-camp has closed.
This summer relax and refresh in the company of other women as we develop a deeper spirituality, learn more of the "nuts and bolts" of our faith, and 24 great ways to teach the faith at home or in the classroom. We will meet once a week on Thursday mornings, from 9:30 to noon. Each session covers a different aspect of church teaching, plus spiritual exercises in the tradition of St. Ignatius, composed by renowned musician, Dan Shutte. Each session also covers tools and tips for teaching about our faith, to all ages. The course runs for 10 weeks, eight of which are in the summer. The last two sessions will be after school has started up again.

Cost: $35.oo pays for textbook, CD, prayer booklet and pedometer
Attendence: Travel time in the summer is a normal part of family quality time. Don't worry if you'll miss some weeks due to vacation. Just come to the sessions you can make. Even if you are only able to attend some of the sessions, you'll still learn more about our faith, grow more confident in new ways to teach the faith, and get to spend time with a group of really neat ladies.
"Catholic Kids! Minicamp
Help your kids make new friends, think about their faith, and have fun!
St. Catherine's is providing a fun mini-camp for children of women who are enrolled in the "Into the Fields" summer formation program.
Mini-camp will run from 9:30 to noon on the Thursday mornings we are in session. Each week will feature a different theme with hands-on crafts, snack and outdoor activites. Camp will be focused on fun, with a Catholic aspect.
Ages: 4 years through 5th grade. (The nursery will be available for children younger than 4 years.)
Cost : $5 per child (one time payment)
Middle school and High School aged kids are welcome to lend a hand by helping with the crafts, supervising the kids and other jobs.
