Las Posadas

On Sun., Dec. 11, everyone is invited to Las Posadas beginning at 6:15 p.m., after the 5:00 p.m. Mass. Las Posadas is a traditional Spanish religious festival that celebrates the journey that Mary and Joseph made from Nazareth to Bethlehem in search of safe refuge (a Posada, an Inn or Shelter) where Mary gives birth to the baby Jesus. This will be an outdoor event in the evening, so please dress accordingly and bring a flashlight if you have one.
