Lenten Retreat: "Healing through Forgiveness"

Registration fee: $30 (includes book)

Join Dr. Carron Silva on this half-day retreat and be prepared to laugh, cry, and engage with fellow participants as you embark on a journey of healing through forgiveness. In this retreat workshop, we will fellowship together and learn:
- how unforgiveness can rob us of a life of fulfillment
- how compassion can lead to forgiveness
- to expand our view of the other by seeing through the eyes of our Lord
- to take responsibility for our own actions, reactions, and interactions
- to incorporate forgiveness as a life skill.
Through storytelling, poetry reading, scripture meditation, and skill building learn new ways of seeing your perpetrators and yourself in relationship with Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Everyone is invited to attend. Cost is $30, which includes a book. Coffee and snacks will be provided.

Presenter Bio: Dr. Carron Silva is the author of With You Always: A Journey with Jesus, a Daily Devotional Memoir detailing her journey with Jesus through scripture, stories, poetry, and images. A South African native, Carron's rich cultural, educational and historical background lays the foundation for someone who believes that life is best lived when serving others. A newcomer to Austin, Carron is a Wholeness Strategist and Executive Director of Mandorla Coaching LLC, striving to equip women to live lives of wholeness. Carron is an empty nester, entrepreneur, mom to adult children, and wife of 30 years to Steve.
