We are aware that on Ash Wednesday the church is very full, with many desiring coming to receive ashes to symbolize the attitude of internal penance which we are called to throughout Lent. We will have two Masses as well as five Prayer Services. Schedule: Masses at 12 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Prayer Services with Distribution of Ashes at: 7:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 6:15 p.m.
The Knights of Columbus Council 8156 will be serving a Lenten Meal (fried catfish, french fries, coleslaw & hush puppies) in Johnson Hall. Pre-order your Lenten Meal at kofc8156.org/lent to ensure you get a meal; purchasing meals on the day of the event will be limited.
