Everyone is invited to come and participate in this re-enactment of God's saving actions from the Book of Exodus, which the Jewish people still celebrate as their Passover meal today. The Church will provide the special Seder Plate, and we ask guests to bring a casserole, salad or dessert to share. Families, children and all ages are welcome to come and celebrate together at this special, annual meal, as we prepare for Holy Week. Please RSVP today!
Every Friday evening during Lent, the Knights of Columbus Council 8156 and the Ladies Auxiliary will serve a Lenten Meal from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in Johnson Hall . The menu will vary each week and the meal will cost $5 to off-set the increasing price of supplies. Please come and enjoy the company of your fellow parishioners with a meal before the Stations of the Cross at 7:00 p.m. Mass will follow the Stations of the Cross.

MOMS is a 10-week book study is for women - just like you - who wish to connect and lift each other up in the particular vocation of motherhood. Orientation will be held on Thursday, February 9, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. in room 211 in the Parish Center.
Everyone is invited to our Christmas Celebration and Farewell to Jeanette Britt on Sat., Dec. 17. We will begin with Christmas Carols in the Church at 6:30 PM, then enjoy sweet and savory treats in the Parish Center. Bring a Christmas dessert or savory snack to share. With great disappointment, the Afternoon Tea scheduled for Friday, October 21, has been cancelled. This is due to a low response. Clearly, fall is a busy time for everyone! Another Afternoon Tea is in the planning for the spring. Stay tuned!

This is the last weekend to make a donation to our Christmas Giving Tree Project, which helps poor families in our geographic boundaries. We have only met about half of our goal so far and really need your help. If you are able, please purchase a gift card, write a check, donate online or put cash in the donation box on the Giving Tree table in the narthex. We will also accept donations on Monday, Dec. 6. St. Catherine’s will host a Posada on Sun., Dec. 12 at 6:30 p.m., after the 5:00 p.m. Mass. All families are invited to attend the Posada, the Bethlehem walk with Mary and Joseph as they look for a room for baby Jesus to be born. This will be an outdoor event. Sign up to bring a dessert to share!
This year in honor of the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, we will host a no-contact, stay-in-your-car, blessing of your beloved pets on Sat., Oct. 2! We are adapting this time-honored ritual to fit our current circumstances. Join us by driving into the West parking lot (the big parking lot, without the car shelter) before we begin at 9:30 a.m. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.

Knights of Columbus Council 8156 will host their 8th Annual Blue Jeans and Boots Gala on Fri., Sept. 24 at 6:00 p.m. at Creekside Pavilion (located just across the street from Salt Lick BBQ). A $100 donation includes an evening of fellowship, dinner and drinks for two, dancing and door prizes ($1000 top prize). There will also be a silent auction. As our local schools prepare to resume classes, we will have a special drive-through blessing & prayer for all students! Join us on Tues., Aug. 10, between 10 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. in the East Entry circle. One of the priests will be standing ready to greet you at the curb. Drive up, roll down your window(s) and hold up your backpack(s) for a blessing. It’s the best thing you can do to get ready for a new year of learning!
