Summer Gathering

The St. Catherine of Siena Parish Chapter of The St. Vincent de Paul Society recently held their annual summer gathering. They enjoyed food and fellowship at the event which was attended by Father Pat, Father Ray and Father Lou. This year, Fr. Lou blessed a statue of St. Vincent de Paul that will be displayed in our new Parish Center. Members of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVDP) strive to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person assistance to our brothers and sisters in need who call the SVDP helpline by praying with them, listening to their needs and offering help to them in prescribed ways. The society is grateful for the continued contributions to the monthly collection, which allows them to help those in need within our parish boundaries.
