This year, our Faith Formation program will look a little different! Click here to see what we've got planned!

Please complete this form for each child. If you like, you can pay for all children at once. Even if you register more than three children or youth, the maximum registration fee is for three children/youth ($120).

First Communion is a two-year program. The First Communion Class fee ($20) is ONLY paid the second year when children/youth are preparing specifically for the sacrament.

Confirmation is a two-and-a-half year program. The Confirmation Class fee ($20) is ONLY paid the fall of the third year when youth are specifically preparing for the sacrament.
