The purpose of Faith in Action Caregivers-South Austin is to provide a supportive network of services for persons age 65 and older living in the South Austin area. Services are designed to enhance the quality of life by maximizing the ability to meet needs that encourage independence. Volunteers are needed to provide transportation to and from medical appointments, grocery errands, and other personal needs, make home visits; help with minor home repairs or yard work. The office can also use help with paperwork or answering phones.
Time commitment varies according to schedule.
