SPRIITUAL DIRECTION
Spiritual Direction is the art of Christian listening, a sacred relationship where a director helps someone to uncover and discover the direction of God in their lives with the help of the Holy Spirit.
There lies within each of us, at one time or another, a desire to grow closer to God and to one another or to discover more about ourselves. A spiritual director can help you satisfy that longing.
Maybe you have a serious issue for discernment or are going through a transition. You may be feeling dry in your prayer life and would like to talk with someone about it. You may want someone to help you be faithful to your spiritual commitments or you have an inner longing or desire for a greater relationship with God. All of these are reasons to seek out a Spiritual Director.
Here at St. Catherine’s we have several trained Spiritual Directors willing to accompany you on your spiritual journey. They have studied with accredited institutes of spiritual direction and have been recognized by the Diocese of Austin.
